Payoffs and Take-ups Reconditioning

We have many payoffs and take-ups in stock that do not require any additional work. For machines that should be reconditioned, Wire & Plastic Machinery has extenstive experience in rebuilding take-ups and payoffs from: Nokia-Maillefer, Bartell, MGS, Hall, Ceeco, AFA and Nextrom. We are able to completely recondition these machines and provide them with new electrics. The following are a few components that are commonly replaced during our rebuilding process: 

1. New disc brakes
2. A new DC driven ball screw traverse
3. New drives with PLC controls
4. New air cylinders
5. New plumbing, wiring, sheaves and sheaves bearings
